Event Works - Furflr

Over the 10 month period from November 2023 to August 2024, I worked full-time as a Graphic Design Executive at Furflr.
Furflr is an events company with multiple years of experience since 2015. Specialising in the pets industry, we have planned events like Asia Cat Expo and Singapore Cat Festival. But as of 2024, we have branched into newer terrains with Hobbies Fair!
During my time here, I've worked on two big events in specific, Asia Cat Expo 2024 and Hobbies Fair 2024! As well as some private events we've done for other brands.
My role as a Graphic Design Executive had multiple responsibilities such as:
- Creating visuals for our social media platforms (eg. Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc.)
- Creating print collaterals for event spaces (eg. Backdrops, Entrance Arches/ Pillars, Booth spaces, etc.)
- Creating video content for our social media
- Creating merchandise for events (eg. T-shirts, Blind Bag Keychains, Totebags, etc.)
And since we are an events company, I was one of the show-runners for Asia Cat Expo 2024! Being on-ground to help ensure the event ran smoothly and create a positive experience for visitors.

Hobbies Fair
Hobbies Fair was completely new concept and really fun to be apart of! Sadly the project duration was only a month or two, if we had more time I do think we could've done so much more. But I still enjoyed the process thoroughly!
These designs were also converted to print collaterals like an entry arch, stage backdrop and information boards.

Schesir Launch Party
This was a private event we did in order to celebrate Schesir's launch in Singapore! We worked closely with Silversky to plan and execute the private event. Although small, it was the first event I ran at my time here and kickstarted my love for doing events! :)
We did simple Instagram posts and decorated a rented space, creating activity cards and posters to further enhance the brand identity in the empty space. Feel free to explore the Instagram posts and event highlights here!
